What are the shirts made of?
Our shirts are made of 100% combed and ring-spun cotton side-seamed with shoulder-to-shoulder taping. Heather colors contain polyester. They feel soft and lightweight, with the right amount of stretch. Our t-shirts, tank tops and hoodies are comfortable and flattering for both men and women.
Where do I enter the coupon code?
We run coupon / discount codes on our website from time to time that you can enter on the cart page. We also have a few sales throughout the year and during the holidays.

What payment methods do you accept?
You can make a secure credit/debit card payment right on our site through Square.
We do not accept phone orders.
Can I make a change to my order?
If you made a mistake on your order or would just like to change something, please email us at email@example.com as soon as possible. Include your order number, the name on the order, the email address used for the order, and the changes you’d like to make.
If your order has not already been printed, we should be able to make the change for you. If it has already been printed or shipped, we cannot unfortunately make any changes.
Why didn't I receive a confirmation email?
In rare instances, we may be experiencing technical difficulties, or your email provider may have marked the email as spam. You can check your spam folder to see if the email arrived there.
If you are not able to locate your confirmation email, you can email firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will confirm that your order was placed.
Do you sell shirts wholesale?
Retailers interested in wholesale information should contact us at email@example.com. Please include your contact information, what store you are purchasing for, and a valid employer ID number.
How do I exchange a shirt I purchased?
We do accept exchanges for unworn, unwashed items exchanged within 30 days of purchase. You can find out more about how to exchange your item here.
Do you offer returns?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns at this time.
I was sent the wrong shirt. I was sent a defective shirt.
Quality and customer satisfaction are our highest priorities.
If we ship you the incorrect item or you receive a shirt with a manufacturing defect, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the specifics on what the problem is. We will work with you to fix the issue as quickly as possible. This is typically done at no cost to the customer, since it is our mistake!
The images of the shirts, tank tops, sweatshirts and hoodies on Dead Coed are digital mock-ups. Due to natural variation in the way computer screens, laptops and handheld devidces display colors, the items you receive may appear slightly different in color and tone to what is displayed on your screen.
How do I track my package?
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once we ship your package.
-On occassion, information about the progress of your shipment is not updated until the day your order is delivered.
-Tracking capabilities on international orders may vary.
-International orders shipped via “Parcel” typically will only track until they leave the United States.
What shipping methods are available and how much do they cost?
For orders within the United States, we ship via the United States Postal Service. Our rates are based on your location, the weight of your package, and the shipping method that you choose.

Do you ship to APO / FPO addresses?
Yes, we ship to APO and FPO addresses.
We use the United States Postal Service to ship to APO and FPO addresses. To ship to an APO or FPO address, please select the United States as your country and use domestic shipping options and rates.
Attention International Buyers
Depending on your delivery location and order size, your order might be subject to import taxes imposed by the country of delivery. If your country does have taxes on imports, these import taxes are not covered by the postage charge on your order with Vital Trash, and you will be required to pay them to receive your package.
