- We don’t offer refunds at this time.
- We do offer exchanges for orders placed on deadcoed.com if you want the same design on a different size of the same item.
- You are responsible for a 20% restocking fee, shipping costs, any applicable taxes associated with returning items, lost/mis-mailed packages you are returning to us, and the re-shipment of new items to you.
- Items for exchange must be returned within 15 days of purchase.
- Replacements will only be shipped after we have received your returned items.
- Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused.
- Save the tracking number when sending us a package of items to exchange in case proof is needed of mailing.
- There is a limit of one exchange per order (e.g. no replacements for replacements).
- We will not re-ship returned items for any reason.
- We only offer exchanges for customers in the US at this time.
3 Step Exchanges:
- Figure out what items/sizes you need.

- Place a special order for the replacement item(s). (DO NOT order additional items.)

- Mail the item(s) being exchanged.
Somewhere clearly visible on the outside of the package, write where the X’s is your order number. You can find this in the order confirmation email you should have received from us. Mail to:

After we’ve received both your replacement order and the returned items, we will ship out your new order. You will receive a shipping confirmation when it’s in the mail.
Misprinted/Defective Items Policy:
- If you believe your item is misprinted, damaged or otherwise defective, please contact us by email at email@example.com with photos so we can look at the the issue immediately.
- Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted to Dead Coed within 15 days of the product being received.
- We will determine if it was an error on our part. If determined to be defective, your item will be replaced at no expense to you.
